Joe’s is the perfect spot for Industry parties and late night gatherings because we serve until four o’clock in the morning (5:00am on Saturdays!).

The sales tax for food & beverage in the City of Chicago is 9.75%. Gratuity is 18% on all food and beverage charges, but is not applied to the sales tax. All prices in the proposal are without tax, gratuity and room rental fees unless otherwise noted. Joe’s will provide friendly, efficient, and professional staff for your event based on the guaranteed guest count.

The guaranteed guest count is due five (5) days in advance of the function. The host is responsible for this count, unless the actual guest count is higher, in which case the higher figure applies.

A deposit of 50% will be required to secure the space for your event. The balance will be due at the conclusion of the event.

A Cover charge or ticket cost may apply if your event is booked during a concert or performance.
