LEVEL UP aka Sonya Broner feels most at home behind the decks. Originally a battle DJ studying under the legendary Rob Swift, LEVEL UP dove into music production after discovering dubstep. Continuously crafting her sound is what makes her feel the happiest and is her truest form of self expression. While at the beginning of her journey, she has already gone on to release music on Deadbeats, GRVDNCR, and Buygore, with much more in the pipeline.

A theatre actress in her youth, her storytelling ability is evident through her music: unfathomably heavy wubs and wobbles, and tricky doubles leave the audience energized and ready for more. She has since gone on a national tour with Subtronics, and graced the stages of Lost Lands, Electric Forest, High Caliber, and more.

Twenty years and more than 4,000 shows into his career, Wade Bowen has become synonymous with country music, songwriting, and captivating live performances, and for good reason. An artistic descendant of American icons like Guy Clark, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Robert Earl Keen and more, Bowen is an important voice in a legacy of Texas troubadours stretching back more than 50 years. Texas Radio agrees, as he scored Male Vocalist of the Year, Single of the Year, and Songwriter of the Year at this year’s T3R Awards, along with a #1 hit for his foot-stomping, signature country-rock single “Honky Tonk Roll.”

Revered as one of the genre’s finest and most authentic modern voices, Bowen’s approach is rooted in tradition, but also stands on the creative cutting edge. His focus remains on writing unique songs with a literary quality, and shifting his sonic territory to match his life. A dozen albums have shown his musical diversity – including six studio sets, two live collections, a gospel album and an ongoing series of buddy-country hits with fellow Texan, Randy Rogers.

A road warrior, Bowen continues to perform more than 200 dates a year across the U.S., with a slew of sold-out shows already under his belt for 2023, further solidifying his dedicated fanbase.

A philanthropist at heart, Bowen founded the Bowen Family Foundation, which has helped children and families in and around central Texas by raising more than $6 million for beneficiaries including March of Dimes Waco, CASA of McLennan and Hill Counties, City of West Disaster Relief, Boys & Girls Clubs of Waco, Inspiración, The Mentoring Alliance, and more.

Emerging from Jackson, Mississippi with a personality larger than an eighteen wheeler dump truck, comes TVBOO, pronounced “taboo.” Mitch Draper, known as TVBOO, is quickly becoming one of the rising stars in the bass scene. His ability to weave distorted sounds through incredibly unique basslines, accompanied by infamous vocal samples, are just a few of the elements that make TVBOO, TVBOO. His shows are curated with high energy sets that are guaranteed to have the crowd moving on their feet from start to finish.

His growing success is undeniable, as seen from his co-headlining tour with DMVU, the “Eat My Sass” Tour. Accompanied by the success of his releases “Wook Worm,” “Skrawberries,” “Got Dat” and “Eat My Sass,” and his collaboration resume with some of the biggest artists in the bass scene, TVBOO will continue to make Category 5 hurricane surge sized waves in the bass music world.

If you only follow TVBOO for his growing discography, you are depriving yourself of understanding the complete TVBOO experience. Like a shot of the strongest espresso you can find, Mitch’s podcast, “TVLKS with TVBOO,” is a straight punch of hilarity, chaos, mild takes and entertaining guests all strung together with his outspoken southern personality. Season 1 featured high-caliber guests such as Kai Wachi, Dirt Monkey, Boogie T, and more. Season 2 of “TVLKS with TVBOO” just kicked off, full of more outrageous episodes from the bass comedian. If podcasts aren’t your thing, TVBOO also has a video series titled “TVBOO TVLKS,” where you can expect the same amount of sixpack inducing laughs and ridiculousness.

TVBOO’s rising popularity as an electronic music producer and comedy career melt together to show that he can really do it all. His “don’t take life so seriously” attitude layered with his incredible sense of humor will no doubt keep opening all the doors of success in his path.

He has produced and composed over a dozen albums under various aliases since his first independent release in 1999. Covering an astonishing variety of styles with ease, through solo Machinedrum work and with collaborative projects Sepalcure, JETS, Dream Continuum, or other mutations, Stewart has established himself as electronic music's true Renaissance man.

David Nail’s candor cuts like a laser through star-making propriety, a ritual of predictable answers to predictable questions, recited by artists averse to the controversy that truth can bring.

True, he is respected up and down and beyond Music Row. He’s written or co-written multiple hits. Critics laud his singing too: The late, revered Chuck Dauphin, for one, marveled at Nail’s ability to turn an “ordinary lyric and arrangement” into a “tour de force,” adding, “simply put… he is not one of us.”

So he’s got rock-solid credentials. And he earned them despite a refusal to present himself in a false light. His songs pull no punches in evoking the demons with which he has wrestled through much of his life. As Nail explains, it’s not so much an act of courage to write about depression and its effects. Rather, it is simply who he is; he says, in conversation and through music, what he must say.

In Nail’s own words, “My philosophy has always been, I just hope to have a good enough year that I can have a next year while staying as true to myself as I possibly can.”

There’s a simple beauty to country music. It’s only three-chords-and-the-truth, after all, so greatness comes from authenticity. But for an artist like Cooper Alan, that can lead in some daring directions.

A rising star with the spirit of a true entertainer, a penchant for outside-the-box thinking and a growing, self-built audience, he’s an artist willing to take country where others have never dreamed – and fans love him for it. Whether it’s a deeply personal, step-by-step romantic saga, or an off-the-wall party anthem, Alan’s music is already some of country’s most fearless work, and he’s just getting started.

“An audience can tell when you're not being authentic to yourself,” the North Carolina native says. “So for me, I’ve gotta be willing to always go with my gut musically, wherever that takes me.”

Forming Cooped Up Records with Shaw, his team now includes mangers Chris Kappy, Jarrod Holley and Walker Newberry, plus booking by the WME agency’s Morgan Kenney. And as his shows continue getting bigger (and wilder), the left-of-center hits keep coming. Tunes like “First Rodeo” pack a pulsating EDM punch, while “Can’t Dance” finds the talent embracing his lack of moves with a grooving, genre-defying strut. Each time Alan knows he’ll get some flack, but he doesn’t care.

“It's OK to do something nobody else has really done,” he says. “It might piss some people off, but at least I’m trying something different and cool.”

He’s keeping it going in 2023, letting loose on the haters with tracks like “This Ain't Country” – and also planning to prove once and for all, he’s more than they think. A heavy hitting rap-rock kiss off to all those who dismiss Alan’s wild side, “This Ain't Country” will be followed by a series of tunes telling the real-life story behind his upcoming wedding, as the emerging star taps timeless country romance.

“I get a lot of comments saying, ‘Oh that's not country music,’” Alan admits. “And it's like, ‘Hey I love Merle Haggard! And like Merle, I’m doing my own thing, making music my own way. And the fans are responding, showing up night after night to sing every single word to my songs!”

Call it whatever you want. It makes sense to him – and it’s clearly working for his fans.

“My main driver is still the people listening,” he explains. “They built this whole thing up with me, so they deserve that power. I wanna make them smile and have fun. I wanna make them enjoy life a little bit more. And I also want them to see into what I'm thinking.”

There has never been any question about whether or not Morgan Evans would have a career in music. The Newcastle singer-songwriter says writing, playing and performing music has been an all-consuming passion and need for as long as he can remember. Now in 2012, having signed a major record deal with Warner Music Australia, the 26-year-old believes he can finally describe his music career as “official”. Morgan’s new five-track EP, Live Each Day, released in January, is proof positive that talent, belief and persistence is a winning combination. “I started playing piano when I was five, got my first guitar at thirteen and started gigging straight away,” he laughs. When you’re around Morgan Evans, his excitement about the future is palpable. He has racked up more career milestones than many performers manage in a lifetime – including award nominations, a #1 single and #1 video, and touring performances with Taylor Swift, Brooks & Dunn, Thirsty Merc, Shannon Noll and more. He cut his teeth as front-man and guitar slinger for multi-award winning local rock trio, Solver, whose accolades include Best Rock Act and Artist of the Year at the 2006 MusicOz Awards. Morgan’s triumphant win a few months later at the 2007 Telstra Road to Tamworth Grand Final propelled his already fast-rising career into high gear. The prize included a trip to Nashville, where he was invited to perform in front of 68,000 fans at the CMA Music Festival in LP Field. He recorded his debut single, Big Skies, in Nashville and released it later that year to great acclaim and success, hitting #1 on the ARIA Country Music Chart, #1 on the National Hot Country Airplay Chart, and #4 on the ARIA Australian Artists Airplay Chart. His video, filmed on a Newcastle beach, also went to #1 on the National CMC Video Chart. In 2008, Morgan received two Golden Guitar nominations for New Talent of the Year and Video of the Year, and threw himself into a relentless touring schedule. He played to thousands of music lovers across the nation as special guest on Brooks & Dunn’s sold-out Australian Arena Tour; joined Californian star Gary Allan and Canadian Roots Artist of the Year Corb Lund on the National “Living Hard” Tour, the inaugural CMC Rocks the Snowys Festival 2008, the massive Deni Ute Muster Festival and ended the year entertaining the troops in East Timor at Christmas. In 2009, Morgan was handpicked by US superstar, Taylor Swift, to join her on her first sold-out Australian Tour, which Morgan describes as one of the more eye-opening touring experiences to date. In the time since, he has performed in all corners of Australia on festival bills, with huge local and international stars, continually honing his impressive live chops.

There are a few things in life that Carleton enjoys more than bringing smiles to the faces of people who come to see him perform live. Born and raised in Chicago, near the legendary Kingston Mines, Carleton has always been surrounded by music and loves to bring people together while he sings and plays guitar. His music is not easy to define; not quite pop, not quite country, not quite rock, yet a little bit of everything, making his songs unique and relatable."

Assuming the throne of dubstep’s most ruthless masked madman, FuntCase has been tearing up dance floors over the past decade. Since 2009, FuntCase has positioned himself at the forefront of dubstep and has maintained his notable presence through memorable releases, high-energy DJ sets, and unparalleled engagement with his community. As an original member of the Circus Records roster, FuntCase’s signature sound and incredible output have been instrumental in making the dubstep scene what it is today.

Born and bred in the UK, James Hazell began his relationship with electronic music as a drum and bass producer and DJ before unveiling his new alias — FuntCase officially stepped onto the scene at the height of dubstep’s voyage across the pond. Recognized by his signature mask and merciless production style, FuntCase quickly became a fan-favorite for bass music enthusiasts around the world. With a slew of releases under his belt throughout the 2010s with his Circus Records crew, FuntCase transitioned from producer to industry trendsetter when he launched his own brand, DPMO. The brand has been synonymous with FuntCase and his top-tier curation for years under the Circus Records umbrella — in 2020, FuntCase announced the launch of his own record label of the same name, ushering in a new era as a label founder.

Beyond his belligerent dubstep cuts, FuntCase regularly reveals his unmasked self to interact with his dedicated community. When he’s off the stage, FuntCase is an avid gamer with a fast-rising community on Twitch, sharing laughs with his viewers and swapping production tips with new producers. Often nestled at home with his cats and loved ones, it’s clear that FuntCase exhibits a split personality: the masked menace flailing about onstage to a crowd of thousands of headbangers versus the fun-loving gamer who values friendship and collaboration.

Nearly a decade ago, Rusko demanded the world to wake the fuck up, and it did. Now he’s back to push the envelope further and prove that the UK sound that made him iconic is, as powerful now as it was then.

The UK-born DJ/Producer and graduate of the Leeds College of Music pioneered the rise of dubstep, transforming it from an underground genre in urban London to an international phenomenon stretching from the UK to the US and beyond. Rusko’s gritty, genre-defining single “Cockney Thug”, as well as FabricLive.37, his debut collaboration album with fellow electronic heavyweight Caspa, is considered crucial to popularizing the iconic wobble of dubstep. His first solo album O.M.G.!, was largely produced on the road in 2010, with Rusko cutting tracks by day, and testing them on living, breathing dance floors by night.

Rusko continues to be a unique buoy in a sea of generic, overly aggressive bass music which has largely abandoned its groove-based UK origins. Time and time again, his versatility shines through an expansive canon of music that includes definitive solo projects, collabs with legends like Cypress Hill, production for M.I.A and remixes for the likes of everyone from Lady Gaga to Kid Sister to Sub Focus.

Rusko relentlessly maintains his grasp on the cutting edge of electronic music and proves to be an unstoppable force. And the world better stay the fuck awake for new things to come.

Front porch melodies and lyrics grown out of the rocky topsoil of Eastern Kentucky’s Appalachian Mountains intertwine Sundy Best’s roots into the songs they sing. They are storytellers, musicians, friends, and the impetus of the ‘kin folk movement’ that is organically connecting a strong music-loving family that believes in solid, real and relatable songs.

They are crowd rockers and party starters. The band’s visceral sound and incredible live shows have gained them a loyal following of dedicated fans from the hills and hollers of Appalachia, all the way to the bustling one way streets under downtown city lights across the south. There are mountains in their music- valleys of love lost and missing home, peaks of rowdy Saturday nights and the journey in between.

The guys have been friends since they were in elementary school. They both grew up singing in their church for fun while starring in high school sports in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. After college sports success for each, Kris in basketball, and Nick in football, the friendship continued in music as they began playing patio parties, restaurants and clubs, often playing 4-hour sets each night. Both prolific songwriters, they bring songs to each other and together create their own style and sound. In 2012 they decided to record some of these songs that they self-produced along with their friend and filmmaker Coleman Saunders, and independently released Door Without A Screen that year.

Kylie Morgan has quickly proven herself to be a relatable storyteller and an engaging live performer. The Oklahoma native is known for baring her soul in her confessional lyrics and leaving her heart on the stage, whether she’s headlining her own tour or supporting acts like Old Dominion. In doing so, she makes her listeners feel less alone.

While Kylie began writing songs at a young age, it wasn’t until her grandfather bought her a pink acoustic guitar for Christmas that it all came together.

“I got my first guitar and it just clicked: Here’s where a verse goes, here’s where the chorus goes,” she says of her early songs around age 12. “It actually started to make sense for me, and you couldn’t get me out of my room writing songs.”

She has since spent the past 14 years honing her craft in the writing room and on the stage. Kylie vividly recalls first sharing a microphone with her grandfather at a young age while singing Elvis Presley’s “That’s All Right.” At 14, she set out on the open road and began touring full-time and hasn’t slowed down since. In August 2022 she made her Grand Ole Opry debut and less than a year later wrapped her first-ever headlining tour. Kylie also performed a career-defining set at Nissan Stadium at CMA Fest 2022 and joined Old Dominion for her first arena trek as part of the band’s No Bad Vibes Tour.

Shortly after she was taught her first chords on guitar, Kylie told her parents she was going to skip college and move to Nashville to be a country artist. By 15, the young artist was traveling back and forth to Nashville to write with anyone she could. One of her earliest co-writes and believers was Walker Hayes.

“He became one of my core mentors and influences,” Kylie says of Walker, whose partnership led to her management and publishing deals with SMACKSongs. “I started going back and forth and realizing what I wanted to say as an artist and who I wanted to be.”

One of those early songs was “Phoebe,” a poignant ballad about a girl who committed suicide at 15, the same age Kylie was when she penned the track with Rob Crosby and Liz Hengber. Soon, she was touring schools across the country to perform and talk about bullying. She eventually launched her own bullying prevention campaign titled It Matters What We Do after a lyric in the song.

The more confessional she wrote, the more Kylie saw listeners latch onto her music. After being told her song “Independent With You” was too personal to be released, the singer-songwriter decided to post the demo on TikTok. She woke up the next day to one million views and countless comments about the song’s relatability. Kylie’s music has since amassed nearly 400 million streams.

“That’s what gave me the courage to be even more vulnerable in my music and instead of being bright and shiny, I wanted to be open and real,” she says of the success of “Independent With You,” featured on her 2022 EP P.S. “I’m going to continue to grow, continue to discover new things about myself, and continue to reach the people that I feel like I need to say things to that they feel but don’t know how to say.”

It’s this philosophy that Kylie embraced when writing her debut album, Making It Up As I Go, available October 13. The EMI Records Nashville recording artist wrote or co-wrote each of the project’s 12 tracks. She describes it as an album for the “in-betweeners.” Specifically, for “the ones who pretend to have it all figured out but are still finding out where they want to go, who they want to be, and how to get there.” Fan-favorite songs like the introspective “A Few Hearts Ago” and the CMT Music Awards-nominated “If He Wanted To He Would” set the stage for Kylie’s major label debut full-length.

She says writing “Making It Up As I Go” helped inform the direction of the album. Getting older don’t make you wiser/ It’s the heartbreaks along the way/ Some prayers don’t get answered until you look back someday, Kylie sings on the anthemic title track.

“Once we wrote that song, I was like, ‘I think this is the perfect name for the project,’” the singer recalls. “Whether I’m in my 20s or my 60s, I will still be making it up as I go and I think that a lot of us can relate to that.”

Other songs, like the confessional solo write “Quarter Life Crisis,” have Kylie looking deep into herself and her dream profession. Here we are at 25/ Did I spend it well, did I do it right?/ Maybe I’ll just flip a coin/ And figure it out in the next dime, she nostalgically sings on the bridge of the song.

Written in a lonely hotel room while on a radio tour for the first time, “Quarter Life Crisis” has the singer questioning her career and everything that has led her to this point.

“I was living my dream, but I couldn’t have felt more alone in that moment,” she says. “The closer you get to your dream, sometimes the further you get from yourself, and that’s how it felt. … The whole album definitely contributes to the idea of transitioning and, instead of always wanting something more, which we all do, we have to be thankful for the present moment and the in-between.”

Peppered throughout her confessional and more reflective tracks, Kylie shares countless anthems of female empowerment. Triumphant numbers like “Ladies First,” the clever tongue-in-cheek “Sugar Daddy” and the debut radio single “If He Wanted To He Would” paint strong women as the lead characters in the songs. It ain’t selfish to love yourself / It’s one thing we could all use a little more help with, Kylie stresses on “Ladies First.”

Meanwhile, other songs, like the emotive “Class Rings” and autobiographical album closer “Old Me” see Kylie recalling past traumas with the wisdom of an older sister looking out for her younger self. Dear old me, the new you turns out okay, she promises herself on “Old Me.” The song serves as a self-penned letter she reads aloud to herself, and in turn a letter for the listener.

“I hope that people hear this album and they self-reflect, and love themselves in the current state they’re in,” Kylie says. “When I’m writing a song, I’m also thinking about the music video in my head. I hope people see themselves visually when they hear this album.”

Kylie’s wish is that listeners see themselves within the songs on Making It Up As I Go and that the album serves as the soundtrack to their journey. Along the way, she hopes they find the words that they may not know how to say through the music. ’Cause if we’re all being honest…we’re just making it up as we go.

Guitar in hand and mic turned up loud, the tunes do the talking for Tanner Usrey. The Texas-born singer, songwriter, and guitarist pairs straight shooting storytelling with country grit, rock ‘n’ roll energy, and Americana eloquence. As such, he channels a classic spirit from a personal perspective. After piling up tens of millions of streams, packing hundreds of shows, and landing syncs on the likes of Yellowstone, he bares it all on a series of 2023 singles for Atlantic Records and much more to come.

“I let the songs be what they’re going to be, and I pride myself on that,” he notes. “Musically, it ranges from southern rock to country to Americana. When it comes to songwriting, I want to focus on what’s real – I don’t shy away from saying the hard things.”

Growing up in the small town of Prosper, TX, he gravitated towards music as a little kid. By five-years-old, he constantly belted out Alan Jackson songs around the house much to his family’s chagrin. “Everyone used to tell me to shut up,” he laughs. “I was the kid who sang all the time.”

After catching Wade Bowen and Brandon Rhyder in concert, his destiny crystallized in high school. “I remember saying to myself, ‘That’s what I want to do’,” he recalls. “That’s what led me to picking up a guitar.”

Inspired by everyone from George Strait, Tom Petty, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Rolling Stones to his favorite band Whiskey Myers, he wrote countless songs and cut his teeth at gigs anywhere with a stage. In between holding down a job as a skip tracer, he carefully honed his signature style. Quitting his job in 2019, he unveiled the Medicine Man EP. “Come Back Down” generated 19.1 million Spotify streams followed by “Beautiful Lies” with 18 million Spotify streams. During 2021, he tirelessly gigged in between releasing the SÕL Sessions EP. “The Light” also notably soundtracked the finale of Yellowstone Season 4. Along the way, he cemented himself as an electrifying and energetic live presence with over 180 shows in 2022.

“When we’re on stage, our goal is to have the audience clinging to the edge of their seats,” he shares. “I get to play with a bunch of badasses, and I don’t take it for granted. We pounded the pavement and put at least 100K miles on the van in a year-and-a-half.”

Signing to Atlantic Records, he kickstarted 2023 with “Take Me Home,” cracking 10 million streams and counting. On its heels, the single “Give It Some Time” threads together dusty acoustic guitar and unfiltered lyrics as he pleads, “Give me something to believe in, baby, because I’ve been losing my mind.” Against an organ-laden beat, it builds towards an emotionally charged guitar solo that’s as scorching as his delivery is.

Ultimately, Tanner’s music might just say everything you need.

“I hope you hear what you want to hear, enjoy it, resonate with it, and know it’s real,” he leaves off. “It’s been a wild ride. I’ve busted my ass. I started off doing all of this on my own, so it’s crazy to see how this and the team around me have grown. People are going after real music right now, and that’s great. I’m looking forward to seeing where it goes next.”

The West Coast is trademark for its raw-energy and free spirits. Few rep that mentality better than Smoakland’s Anthony Battaglia and Harrison Hays.

Raised in the Bay Area, the Dubstep duo met while attending Boise State University as student athletes. Both returned home following school, but a twist of fate reunified them to pursue their own renaissance through music. Anthony’s early production knowledge and Harry’s DJ acumen quickly made them a synced two-way team. In 2018, the two invoked their love for Bay Area weed and dubstep by forming Smoakland.

With over seven years of production under their belts, they strive to create their own distinct vein of nostalgic, “Old School” Dubstep. The result to date has brought listeners a unique sound design, fat bass, and rhythmic melodies. They’re inspirations range from contemporaries like Zeds dead, Eptic, & Mersiv; artists who become larger-than-life behind booming soundsystems.

While their support and buzz are undeniable, the duo’s mindset is what truly previews their music and journey’s transcendence.

Fast-rising Country singer/songwriter Jackson Dean is quickly earning a reputation for his old school, gritty, lyric-driven, outlaw style of Country following a breakout year that landed him on Pandora’s Ten for 2023 (all genre), Spotify’s Hot Country Artists to Watch 2023, the CMT Listen Up class of 2023, CRS New Faces 2023, Amazon Music’s 2023 Breakthrough Artists to Watch: Country Class as well as a slew of other artist to watch lists. Mature beyond his years, Jackson opted to move out to a cinderblock, concrete floor, one-room shack on the back of his grandfather’s property with no heat and no plumbing at just 18 years old. An adventurous and carefree spirit, the 22-year-old multi-instrumentalist, is also an old soul and skilled artisan whose pastimes include making leather goods, wood-burned art and disappearing into the woods to sleep under the stars. Bringing that same sense of adventure and down home vibe to his songwriting, the “modern-day Country rambler” (Taste of Country) burst on the scene, showing people how real music can be with his atmospheric, musically-forward debut album Greenbroke (out now via Big Machine Records). The Maryland native’s single, “Don’t Come Lookin’” was the fastest debut to reach No. 1 in 2022 and cemented Jackson as the youngest solo male Country artist to reach the top of the charts with a debut. Landing spots on the Billboard Hot 100, the soundtrack for Netflix’s The Ice Road and a John Dutton scene in Yellowstone.

His sophomore single, “Fearless (The Echo)” is currently climbing the Country radio charts after being Most Added upon impact. Following an early career of local performances in his hometown, Jackson has joined bills with superstar acts like Toby Keith, Miranda Lambert, Brantley Gilbert, Kane Brown, Jake Owen, Brooks & Dunn, Lee Brice, HARDY and Brothers Osborne and found himself on the bill for credible events like Austin City Limits and Stagecoach. The young talent just kicked off the Back to the Honky Tonk Tour with Blake Shelton and Carly Pearce and will join dates with Eric Church and Parker McCollum later this year.

The seven piece group's relentless on stage attitude quickly made it a successful touring act, building out from a Texas band to a regional act to a national crew with a devout following from coast to coast. Concurrently, JAB developed its own label, Pretty Damn Tough Records, before that was an accepted practice in country circles. Two of their projects, Small Town Family Dream and Front Row Seat, scored top 10 debuts on the Billboard country album chart, while five titles cracked the Billboard country singles lists, including a pair - "Oh Tonight" with Kacey Musgraves, and "Wasn't That Drunk" with Carly Pearce, that represented their first chart appearances. Led by the true to life cycles in Abbott's life, Abbott ambitiously documented the dissolution of first marriage in Front Row Seat. And the expansive Until My Voice Goes Out, recorded as Abbott tended to an ailing father, mixed with elegant strings and a Memphis tipped horn sound. In 2020 JAB released their 6th studio album The Highway Kind, the band's follow up to 2017's string and horn infused Until My Voice Goes Out, the uplifting 10 track album ws recorded at Sonic Ranche in El Paso and was produced by Marshall Altman (Marc Broussard, Frankie Ballard, Aaron Watson).

Sam Barber was raised on a farm in a small town in Southeast Missouri surrounded by a supportive family and an abundance of friends. Most of his childhood was devoted to athletics where he learned many lessons such as the importance of a team, practice, discipline, respect and hard work. Music has not always been his passion and as a child, he never participated in music class or music performances. Sam's music journey has been completely unplanned and his success continues to astound him. When he was 16, Sam picked up his great grandfather's Gibson, out of tune with 5 strings and fell in love with the art of playing. He soon learned that he also had the God-given talent to sing along. Sam's vision is to continue to grow and become stronger as a vocalist and songwriter. He wants to deliver songs that people feel in their soul. Above all, he wants to stay true to his faith, the man he truly is, and the type of music he wants to make without boundaries or conforming.

Since releasing Straight and Narrow in November 2022 Sam's social reach has soared past a million followers and garnered over 4.5 million monthly listeners on Spotify. Sam has hit the Global viral charts and reached #1 in UK, Aus, Ire and more.

For nearly 25 years, Reckless Kelly has graced the musical landscape with a high-powered form of Americana, equally rooted in raw passion, refined musicianship, and gritty authenticity. With the dual release of two new albums—American Jackpot and American Girls—the Idaho-bred band presents a beautifully detailed portrait of their beloved country, turning their nuanced songwriting to its many glories and tragedies. While one batch of songs centers on slice-of-life storytelling and the other explores the complexities of human connection, the collective body of work unfolds with a profound and often eye-opening attention to the subtleties of American life. Although Reckless Kelly initially intended to make just one album, the project took on a life of its own once they headed into the studio. “I wanted to produce this one by myself, just to try that out, and I made sure to book plenty of studio time to get it done right,” says Willy. “We ended up moving along really fast, so I pulled out a few more songs and figured we’d end up using them down the road. Before we knew it, we had enough material for two really good records.” Though the two brothers first forged their musical partnership back in Idaho, they later decamped to Bend, Oregon, where they quickly linked up with Jay Nazz. Soon after forming Reckless Kelly (whose name nods to the legend of Australian highwayman Ned Kelly), the three musicians relocated to Austin and rounded out the lineup with bassist Joe Miller and guitarist David Abeyta (who exited the band after the release of Sunset Motel). Over the years, they’ve delivered a string of critically lauded albums, including 2011’s Grammy-nominated Good Luck & True Love and 2013’s Grammy-winning Long Night Moon. With the release of American Jackpot and American Girls, Reckless Kelly hopes to lead listeners to thoughtful reflection on their own experience of living in America, and possibly invite a certain purposeful nostalgia. Mostly I just hope these songs remind them of all the different aspects of growing up in America, and feeling so lucky to live here,” says Willy Braun.
