General Questions

  • There is street parking in the area or a parking garage next to us by Nordstrom Rack, 939 W North Ave. We suggest using the SpotHero app to find additional parking.

  • Absolutely! Please email events@joesbar.com and our Events Team will be happy to help with your event.

  • This venue is primarily standing room only, with tables available for select shows. Guests who require ADA accommodations should speak with our staff at check-in. Our team will be happy to assist with seating or other accommodations to ensure an enjoyable experience.

Concert
& Show Questions

  • We do have coat check available for most shows. To check availability please call (312) 273-5118 or email reservations@joesbar.com.

  • The venue does not enforce a clear bag policy or specific size limitations. For the safety of our guests and staff, all bags may be subject to search at the discretion of our security team. Guests who decline a bag search may be denied entry.

  • Our standard policy allows cell phones. Flash photography is not permitted at any time. Photo policies may change depending on the performer or at the discretion of management.

  • You can purchase tickets on ticketweb.com or by clicking on our Events tab on the top of the page. You can also purchase tickets at Joe's by visiting our box office. We accept cash or credit at the box. There is a $2-$3 city amusement tax fee per ticket. Credit card transaction fees also apply. Tickets at the door the night of the show are cash only.

    Please note that the resale, attempted resale, or purchase of your ticket from any unauthorized reseller is grounds for seizure and cancellation of said ticket without compensation. The only valid tickets are those purchased and/or redeemed through our venue’s website. Tickets purchased from any unofficial vendors are at your own risk and may be void upon entry.

  • Yes, Joe's has a full service bar and restaurant in our front room that is open prior to concert doors. We invite you to come get dinner and drinks before the show!

  • If you are interested in having your band play at Joe's Bar please send an email to music@joesbar.com. All submissions are reviewed and if we feel that you are a good fit for Joe's, we will be in touch with you.

Game Day Questions

  • We accept reservations for select game watches. We ask that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the game to claim your reservation. Visit our Sports Page to make a reservation. If you have additional questions please email reservations@joesbar.com

  • We offer tables for groups of 4, 6, 8, or 12 on Game Days. If you’re unable to find the reservation you need on Tock, please email us at reservations@joesbar.com. Availability may be limited due to current reservations, but we’re happy to see if we can accommodate you by adjusting our seating. We can help you with larger groups as well.

  • We do our best to accommodate seating requests; however, due to existing reservations and group sizes, we’re not always able to seat groups next to each other. Once guests begin arriving on Game Day, we’re unable to adjust table arrangements. If you’d like to be seated near your friends, please email us in advance at reservations@joesbar.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Advance notice greatly increases our ability to seat groups together.

  • Room assignments for reservations are based on a couple of factors:

    • Where club game watches are scheduled

    • Game Times

    • Group Size

    • Order reservations are received

    We understand you might want to be in a specific room for the game and we do our best to honor all requests. However, full game watch days can have around 500 people in attendance. We have to seat people in the order reservation requests are received based on group size. Please make your reservations as early as possible for preferred seating.

  • The Tock reservation fee is charged per person and secures your reserved table. This fee is not a deposit and does not apply toward your food or beverage bill.

  • We only offer Tock reservation links for games where we will be playing the game audio. While not every game has a reservation link, all games are shown throughout the bar, and tables and bar seating are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

    We aim to have Tock reservation links available about one month before the game. If game times or opponents have not yet been confirmed, links may be released later. If you’d like to be added to the waitlist or have questions about availability, please email us at reservations@joesbar.com
