Autism Unplugged goes beyond raising awareness—it creates understanding. Through personal storytelling, comedy, and community, we celebrate the unique journeys of autistic individuals and the families who walk beside them while helping build a more inclusive future.
This year’s Story Tellers will inspire you, following the program, stay for our celebration with an Old School Dance Party featuring DJ Dylan, specialty drinks, and a full menu available for purchase.

Every ticket purchased helps Unique Sweets continue providing life skills, workforce development, social opportunities, and community programming for autistic adults. Most importantly, proceeds from Autism Unplugged will help bring Uniquely Sweet Café to life—a mission-driven café that will create meaningful employment, job training, and lasting opportunities for autistic adults throughout Chicago.
